Pay:

Schedule:
- Thursday-Saturday 4:30PM-5:30AM
Immediate Responsibilities:
• Assist supervisor on the day to day operation pertaining to safety, quality and production.
• Assist on the training of new associates, provide support and guidance.
• Ensure work is being assigned to associates in a FIFO (First In First Out) method.
• Ensure that the right (OutBound) equipment is backed onto a dock bay by date according to loading assignment.
• Confirm that associates are loading into the right trailer/door and are loading high and tight.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy on paperwork (Receipts/Pallet ID Tags) relevant to freight being loaded.
• Report productivity summary totals onto supervisor of all activity for the day.
• Keep areas neatly organized free of broken pallets, debris, shrink wrap etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
• 1+ year(s) of warehouse/cross-dock experience.
• Basic math skills to accurately add, multiply, divide and subtract.
• Well spoken and confidence to speak to an audience of 10-25 people.
• Organized and strong in communication.
Physical Requirements
• Flexible for weekend work.
• Walk/stand up to 90% of the duration of shift withstanding moderate to high temperatures.
• Able to lift up to 35lbs.
