Established company seeks an experienced CSR Clerk who is great at Multi Tasking, very detailed, and ready to work well in a team atmosphere for the Manteca area. 

This is a full-time position, where you will earn $22.50 – $22.50 DOE an hour, to start. Plus, upon direct hire, you will be eligible for a fabulous company benefits package.

Essential Job Functions:

Order Fulfillment (50%)

· Create orders in warehouse management system (WMS) according to customer instructions

· Print orders from WMS to identify instructions detailing order to be picked

· Generate pick tickets to facilitate acquisition of parts needed to fill orders by forklift operators or packaging staff

· Retrieve parts stored in warehouse to meet short-notice delivery requests from customers

· Print packing lists and bills of lading to accompany shipped goods

· Coordinate with forklift and freight transportation drivers to ensure smooth flow of goods in/out of warehouse

· Load and unload delivery vehicles using material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks

· Transport palletized or crated goods to and from specified warehouse locations via MHE

· Inspect inside of trailer for damage, debris, water, and smell using the inspection sheet protocol

· Maintain customer files by storing pertinent documents such as bills of lading, picket tickets, and emails

Inventory (20%)

· Print inventory records provided by customers or generated from WMS

· Count items on hand to reconcile against customer inventory lists

· Break down packaged goods and sort by part number to verify inventory on hand

· Compare incoming freight to packing lists to ensure receipt of all items shipped

· Post inventory received in WMS to maintain accurate records

· Review inventory across locations to ensure total customer inventory is correct

· Conduct ad hoc searches for surplus or missing inventory at customer request

· Utilize WMS to track movement of materials within and between warehouse locations

Customer Service (30%)

· Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries from customers and freight transportation drivers regarding orders, inventory counts, condition of goods, shipments, or deliveries, via phone or email
