Part Time Customer Service Call Center Representatives
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 4–5 hours per day
- Available shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary:
Support franchise stores by handling delivery, shortage, and order related inquiries while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to franchise store inquiries regarding deliveries, shortages, and order issues
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and related departments for issue resolution
- Track and follow up on shortage or delivery claims
- Maintain communication records and reports
- Provide customer support via phone and email
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer and email skills required
- English required
