We are hiring for a DIY- Pack Customer Service Representative to work in the Marketing department for the City of Pico Rivera for a leading creative packaging and display partner to brand marketers, retailers, and e-commerce.


Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, may require some overtime depending on business needs.

What am I responsible for?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chatbot messages on the website, email, and phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order processing, including navigating the design studio and providing guidance on customization options.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
  • Process refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Prepress, Design, and Marketing.
  • Handle shipping inquiries, track packages, and work with relevant shipping carriers to address any delays or issues that may arise.
What kind of environment will I be working in?

  • You will be working at the main headquarters.
  • You will spend approximately 80% of time on the computer or phone, 10% of your time in meetings, 10% of you time on the Manufacturing and Distribution floor.
  • You will work collaboratively throughout the organization with Production, Prepress, Design, and Marketing.
  • You will work in a Team oriented, results driven environment.
  • May work unusual or extended work hours as required.
What do I need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Customer Service, or similar is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, positive attitude, problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in using chatbot software, email platforms, and phone systems to communicate with customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands and business needs.
  • Detailed oriented, process driven, and the ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Experience in the packaging or printing industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid Driver's License with DMV evidence of good driving record.
