They are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join their team.
Location: Riverbank, CA
Pay Rate $18 an hour
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm can change pending on business needs
Position Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance Associate is an entry-level role responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the facility and equipment. Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, this position plays an essential role in supporting various maintenance projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain facility areas
- Assist in special projects and operations tasks
- Use and maintain small tools and equipment
- Inspect and identify equipment or machines needing repair
- Troubleshoot and plan repairs as needed
- Perform general maintenance such as drywall repair, painting, and fixing doors
- Conduct routine building systems maintenance
- Track inventory for repairs and maintenance supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- General knowledge of carpentry and repairs
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You must have the ability to perform tasks at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. Work is conducted both indoors and outdoors, with varying temperatures.
Work Environment:
This position involves manual labor, including repetitive tasks, and may require work on weekends and holidays. Flexibility in work hours is necessary to meet operational needs.
