Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Distribution Center located in Dublin, OH
Position Summary: Picking, Packing and Processing orders
JOB FUNCTIONS (To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.)
• Have general awareness of all Safety protocols.
• Be on your feet, lift and bend repetitively throughout the shift.
• Pick, Pack and process customer orders.
• Load trailers.
• Assist in multiple areas.
• Cross train as necessary.
• All other job functions related to the shipping department. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Be a team player.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime.
• Have heavy attention to detail.
• Intermediate interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to be adaptable and flexible to the sudden shifts in needs within the organization, and the ability to execute those changes quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, or otherwise move up to 75lbs at a time.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, stackers, reach trucks, etc.) to move, assemble, arrange, or otherwise manipulate other equipment within various environments.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (Saturdays as needed)
Pay Rate: $16-$16
