Loader/Offloading Associate – Perris, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring motivated and reliable Loader/Offloading Associates to join our warehouse team in Perris, CA!
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are dependable, and are looking for a stable warehouse position with opportunities to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Unload trailers safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Unload floor-loaded trailers, including individual boxes and merchandise
- Lift, move, and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Frequently bend, lift, pull, and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Stack merchandise onto pallets
- Palletize products and secure loads using shrink wrap
- Operate pallet jacks to move and organize inventory
- Handle fragile merchandise with care
- Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Meet unloading goals of approximately 150 CPH
Requirements:
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays when required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform continuous lifting and physical labor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or material handling experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to perform repetitive loading and unloading tasks
