Schedule: 5:00AM-1:30PM
Monday-Friday with the possibility of overtime on weekdays/weekends.
Payrate: $17.00-$19.00hr
Job Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the production line and supervise employees.
- Perform troubleshooting on equipment breakdowns.
- Check products for quality.
- Ensure employees are following legal rules and safety standards.
- Encourage and motivate employees to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Keep careful and accurate books.
- Complete draft reports and monitored progress.
- Coordinated with management and employees toward production line improvements.
- Bring line employee concerns to the attention of management.
- Ensure production orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Monitor progress and track it.
- Motivate the team members to meet production goals.
- Keep careful inventories of parts.
- Complete requisitions and orders as needed.
- Follow up with management regarding production line issues and goals.
Qualifications
- Able to read and write in English.
- Be able to lift 30lbs.
- Detail Orientated.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Great Math Skills
- Punctuality and communication.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
