Job Title: Production Associate
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team at a kombucha production facility in Vernon, CA. This role involves handling, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Assignment Type: Temporary / Ongoing
Pay Rate: $16.90 – $17.90/hour (depending on shift)
Available Schedules:
- Morning Shift (Mon–Fri): 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift (Mon–Fri): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift (Sun–Thu): 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekend work (including Saturdays and Sundays) may be required based on business needs.
Employees must arrive on time, be ready to begin work at the start of their shift, and maintain consistent productivity throughout the day. Flexibility to support operational needs is important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and handle products with care and efficiency
- Prepare items for shipment while meeting quality and packaging standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Basic Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- All black attire required (no accessories)
- Steel-toe boots or rubber boots required (varies by department; must be able to use either based on assignment)
