Production Workers- Food Manufacturing (2nd/3rd Shift)-Beaumont, CA
Position Summary
Under direct supervision the Employee is responsible for basic product handling to convert raw material into finished goods. This includes moving, weighing, forming, mixing, packaging, and cleaning.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to
Common Tasks
o Work with raw materials and production machinery
o Operate production line equipment
o Assemble goods on a production line
o Report equipment faults to maintenance staff
o Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks
o Log ingredient usage and codes on the paper
o Clean and maintain work areas and machinery
o Operate the mixer, chopper, and grinder machines
o Put the raw meats into the grinder with a shovel
o Put meats and vegetables into the mixer
o Move the mixer wagon to the Forming Room
o Move the sauce container
o Mix filling ingredients according to the formula

Sanitation Worker (3rd Shift)
Sanitation Position Summary
Responsible for the maintaining of a clean sanitary and hazard-free environment within, around and outside of the production area. Ensures that all equipment is clean, sanitized, and ready for use by production throughout the day and ready for the next production day using proper SOP’s. Responsibilities include the SQF (Safe Quality Foods) project maintenance cleaning schedule.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
 

  • Wash and sanitize equipment and objects using proper SOP’s
  • Operate sanitation equipment such as a floor scrubber and sanitizing tools
  • Disassemble/assemble machines for cleaning and USDA pre-operational sanitation inspection on a daily basis and prepare USDA pre-operational inspection
  • Set up machines to start production after cleaning and USDA pre-operational inspection on a daily basis

Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
· Prior experience on a production line or in a food manufacturing setting is a plus
· Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
· Ability to endure extreme temperature changes going in and out of our freezer warehouse
· Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. frequently during shift

Shift Hours
2nd: 3:00pm-11:30pm
3rd: 11:00pm-7:30am

Pay Range $17.00-$18.50
