Company in Hayward, CA is in need of an onsite Purchasing Administrative Assistant. Must be proficient in Excel.

Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Payrate: $21-23 base on experience 


  • Data Entry of purchasing information into excel spreadsheets
  • Maintaining and entering purchase orders and follow-up with POS.
  • Maintaining and compiling purchasing reports.
  • Following up with vendor invoices, purchase order timelines, and delays with vendors.
  • Request raw materials samples, packaging samples, and pricing from various vendors.


  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Familiar with the process of creating and managing purchase orders and database.
  • Manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls
  • Skilled in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing calendars efficiently
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in an administrative role (1 Year or up)
