YOU WILL WORK FULL TIME AND EARN $17.75-$19.00hr
1st shift: Monday-Friday 5:00AM-1:30PM
2nd shift: Monday – Friday 1:30PM- 10:00PM
3rd shift : Monday-Friday 10:00PM-5:00AM
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Infeed Loader — RPCs arrive into the area on pallet placed onto roller conveyor or floor by forklift driver. Employee is to remove plastic wrap throw away, grab dirty RPC’s and place stacks onto roller conveyor. All empty pallets are then removed by hand and stacked in area for forklift driver to remove.
Thrower – First manual inspection: loose debris is removed; damaged RPCs are sent for repair or recycling. Opening and placing crates on feeding conveyor
QC After Wash -. Second manual inspection by trained personnel; any RPCs with issues are set aside and sent back to be cleaned again. Removing stickers, checking for cleanliness and damage, closing the all 4 flaps by hand.
Sorter-Stacker –Pulling and sorting on side tables each collapsed crate by number (each number is a different size) stacking them to a certain height and placing them back on the running conveyor to dry.
Dryer Stacker/Palletizer – Dried crate stacks are taken from conveyor, and then hand stacked on pallets by number.
Puller – Pulling the finished full pallet of crates with a hand jack and taking it to the shrink-wrap stations
Damage — Employees are responsible for sorting, stacking damaged crates by size and broken pieces in stacking gaylord bins for repairing, also help with shrink wrapping that pallets for stacking.
Sortation Group — Crates are being sorted / separated onto pallets by customer, and size. Competitors Crates are sent back.
Work 8-hour Shifts with the possibility of Overtime on Saturday's
Qualifications:
Able to work in a fast pace manufacturing work environment
Must have Manufacturing experience.
Stand for up to 8-hours
Lift up to 45-50lbs continuously
Wear steal toe boots or shoes
Be eligible to work in the united states
